<p><strong>Include trivia in your autoresponder. </strong> Include interesting facts, short quizzes or trivias that your readers may find interesting.</p>
<p align="justify"><strong>Write product reviews. </strong> You can write a review about products or services that are relevant to your business.  Review affiliate programs that may spark the interest of your readers.  People are always interested to know whether a product is effective or not or whether a particular company provides good service or not.  People are often curious about which affiliate programs are worth joining and which are not.</p>
<p align="justify"><strong>Send testimonials. </strong> You can also include in your autoresponder reviews that other people have written regarding the products and services you offer.  Testimonials are an effective method of promoting a business.  Let other people know that those who have tried your products were fully satisfied and happy.</p>
<p align="justify"><strong>Update your subscribers through autoresponders. </strong>Keep your subscribers updated with you latest offers and latest happenings on your website as well.  If you’re launching a new product, a new service, a sale, promos, if you’re giving away freebies or if you’re holding a contest, announce it to everyone using mail autoresponders.</p>
<p><strong>Invite people to download your e-book for free. </strong> People love to receive free e-books because they can provide so much information.  Distribute them using your autoresponder.  Just make sure that the e-book you offer has quality content that readers will surely enjoy.</p>
<p align="justify"><strong>Offer newsletters. </strong> If you’re distributing newsletters, include a newsletter subscription field in your autoresponder.  Provide sample pages of your newsletter as well so that potential subscribers will know what to expect.</p>
<p align="justify"><strong>Include ads in your autoresponder. </strong> You may include a small banner or an ad link in your autoresponder.  However, don’t use files that are too large as they take a long time to download.  Make sure that the images download completely as soon as the recipient opens the e-mail.</p>
<p align="justify"><strong>Offer freebies. </strong> People love to receive anything for free.  Offer a free software download, a free e-book, free membership, a give away, a free gift, free gift certificate, free coupons, etc.  Let everyone have a try of what you have to offer and if they enjoy it, you’ll surely obtain new customers.</p>
<p align="justify"><strong>Use autoresponders to send their order confirmation. </strong> When a customer places an order online, make sure that an autoresponder confirms the status of the order made.  Don’t forget to extend gratitude to your customers and provide all the details they need to know about their orders.</p>
<p align="justify"><strong>Advertise your links in your autoresponder. </strong> Each time you send an autoresponder, make sure that it contains links to your main website, and other important pages in your website.</p>

<p>If you’re submitting your articles to article submission directories, it is very important to include a resource box at the end of each of your article. What is a resource box? It provides a short but relevant information about the author. It is your lead in inviting people to your website and check out more of what you have to offer.</p>

<p>Let’s consider the things that you should not forget to include in your resource box.</p>

<p>Your Full Name. Of course, you want people to know you. If you have a personal title or a degree, don’t forget to use it as well. Providing your full name will strengthen your credibility as a person.</p>
<p>URL to your website. This is probably the most important thing in the resource box. If you forget to include your website address, where can they find you? You don’t want to give your readers a hard time looking for your website in the internet. Even if they liked what they read so much, people just don’t have the time for that and very few will go out of their way just to know if you have a website.</p>
<p>A short message. This is called your Unique Selling Proposition. What more do you have to offer? Why should they check you out? How can they benefit from visiting your website? Your message has to be short, clear, convincing and captivating.</p>
<p>Contact Information. You can provide your business address, telephone number, fax number or e-mail address where people can reach you. If people have any inquiries, they can use this information to contact you.</p>
<p>A link to your newsletter subscription. If you’re offering newsletters, you can also add the URL for your newsletter subscription page. This way, they can just click on the link and sign up for your newsletter if they want to.</p>
<p>The last two information is optional. It is up to you if you would like to include them or not. Now that we’ve discussed the possible contents of your resource box, here are the things that should NEVER be found in your resource box:</p>
<p>Addresses of different websites you own. Don’t flood your resource box with too many website addresses. This will only turn off people and they would likely not click on any of your links at all.</p>
<p>A List of your Achievements. Your resource box is not the place to brag about your achievements or narrate your autobiography. Don’t drive away people by providing excessive information that may annoy them.<br />
